- Herr Projects was created to fill a need in my community, Oklahoma City, for warmth. Herr Projects addresses the need for warm blankets, hats, scarves and such for the area's homeless and less fortunate population. All proceeds benefit the cause directly and all of my time and the time of anyone who participates in creating or working the markets is donated. Thank you for your support!
